Competition FAQ
Questions Before You Enter
How do I enter a competition?
Open a live competition, choose your quantity and continue to secure Yoco checkout. Entries are allocated only after D3 receives verified payment confirmation.
Where can I find my entry numbers?
Signed-in customers can view paid entry numbers under My Competition Entries in their account.
When does a draw take place?
Each competition shows its planned draw date. Passing that date does not itself select a winner; D3 records and announces the completed draw separately.
What happens if a competition is no longer accepting entries?
The server checks availability before checkout and again after verified payment. Any paid order that cannot be allocated safely is held for manual review.
