Order requests and quotations
Checkout submits an order request. An order becomes ready for payment only after D3 has reviewed delivery, published the quotation and the customer has accepted it.
Pricing and payment
Product and option prices are validated by the website. Delivery is quoted separately. No payment is taken until the final total has been confirmed and an approved payment method is available.
Custom-made products
Custom-made items are produced according to confirmed specifications. Dimensions, materials, colours, pricing and lead times should be approved before production begins.
